These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Happy Diner Story™: Cooking ("Game") and related services provided by firstflintype.com ("Company," "we," "us," or "our").

If we cannot resolve the dispute within 60 days, either party may pursue legal action in accordance with the jurisdiction clause above.
